Durable Power of Attorney and Designation of Guardian
have Durable Power of Attorney and Designation of Guardian and Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care for someone and she needs to see her DR. she could be a danger to herself per her Dr. but I can not get her to go and now she avoids me and trying to change her Power to someone else however her Dr. said she has early Alhizmers and psycotic. What can I do ?
