Angry Anyone please help!
I bought the home I have lived in 13 years about 6 months ago. The school district where I reside (Fremont, CA) is delaying my daughters enrollment citing proof of residency because my sister, who is not on title or mortgage pays all utilities! I have all credit cards, loans,tax, and employment records validating my address and they have not even looked at them!!!! Can the keep her out of a public school I have paid taxes on for 24 years??? She is supposed to start on Sept. 2.

Please help!
