Default PERSONAL BELONGINGS

My ex boyfriend is holding some of my personal belongings "hostage", these are very expensive items and he will not let me have them back, he says I owe him money and until I pay the items are his. Any suggestions on how I can get my belongings back, as they are mine!

You may file a police report for theft/conversion; and sue in small claims or other court.

I would suggest doing both.
