Police Inaction on law breaking report.
Sir,
Child marriage is a crime in India. But, when i reported a case of ongoing child marriage to administration & police by post & different media, then even after the instruction of District Magistrate, Patna to enquire into the case the police department did not any take action. In this regard information has also been sent to woman commssion for necessary action. But, the culprit has not been arrested. in this regard, i want to know that whether police can't file a case/F.I.R on postal receipt of complaint. |

Re: Police Inaction on law breaking report.
They must investigate. Ask to speak to the chief of the Department if they don't get back to you.
World Law's lawyers here could also help push the issue if need be. |
