We are in the middle of a foreclosure and we have gotten the notice of
default so it seems they are going the way of non-judicial. We are concerned about them coming after us for the difference, we have no equity in the home at all. We did refi about 2 and a half years ago but didn\'t take any money out. Should we get a lawyer before the notice of sale? |

It might help yes, at least to review your options and remember each state is a little different in this area of law!
