Thank you so much for such a quick response.
So if someone asked a Dr. if they were treating a women named Jane Joe the Dr would have to refuse to answer that. Is that correct.

it is not illegal to say she is not our patient, which you seem to be asking but avoiding asking it that way.

you can not confirn nor deny the standard response is I am not allowed to give out that information without the patients consent
