How to end a Peace Bond
I have read many different articles and Governmnt documents on this topic...but I need some straigtening out. I have a Peace Bond on someone...for reason that hard hard to explain. But at this point I need to remove the peace bond. I have been told two different stroies on if this is possible.
1. I was told I could go to my Crown and ask for the removal of the peace bond. They would ask me to talk to someone to make sure that I am doing this for my safety. 2. I cannot remove a peace bond I really need to know what I can and cannot do. I have 4 months left of the peace bond, but need it removed ASAP. If this is not possible what are the limits that I can cross?? I mean our peace bond only states he cannot be at my home, school, or place of employment. Other then that we are able to be in the presents of each other. please help!! |

Sentence one is correct.
But you need to clearly explain why, and the Crown has its own interest in protecting the peace so they do not have to do as you ask. |
