For the FIFTH TIME, today I was denied a precription by my doctor by TEXAS MEDICAID. I don't even know at this point if actual precriptions are being issued or if my doctor is down to asking; Well then Texas can he have this? The response from Texas is NO!. However I am offered at each occurance to subsdize my own health care OUT OF POCKET. I question if Title 42 authorizes TEXAS, to encourage CO-PAY, DEDUCTIBLE ( beneficiary subsidization) and basically extortion.
My other concern is that these practices I cannot find in Title 42 are not being applied to sixth grade girls receiving the HPV vaccine for a virus they do not have. Further I am concerned that these beneficiaries are victims of violation of their constitutional rights in that they are not allowed CO-PAY, DEDUCTIBLE ( beneficiary subsidization) and basically extortion, as I am for their TEXAS MEDICAID $380.00 HPV vaccination. I am awaitng my notice of hearing date and location as per my formal complaint about TEXAS, as well as response to my filing a FEDERAL DISCRIMINATION COMPLAINT. |

I think it would be interesting to have a Judge (retired, non sitting) visit from time to time and opine. However we would have to be respectful regardless of the tide of the topic.
just a passing thought... |

Update, as of this AM my ranking on google has improved one whole page in the last 24 hrs. I attribute this to the help of WLD members. As this is friday and the server admins for the state sites are busy backing up, maybe I can get to page three unnoticed by monday AM when the admins return to work.
Again, Thank you WLD and Members |

Your conundrum, appears complete. In that you leave them defending an "or/else" they admit by deed. I would not want to be the one charged with validating this situation, not a career move. I particularly like your equal constitutional violation by law. SWEET!

I was hoping to catch Texas asleep at the switch and tiptoe past to a top google ranking. That however is not to be. The peculiar thing is that I appear to be a sole howl in a blizzard. It would appear that out of 760,000 I am the single solitary malcontent.
I was reading the Money Fraud and Scams forum and there was a valid point. Do the Math. So, I applied it. The federal government allocates about 6,000,000,000.00 to Texas for Medicaid. Texas matches with about 40%. 6,000,000,000.00 plus 40% (2,400,000,000.00) for a total of 8,400,000,000.00 8,400,000,000 divided by 760,000 would be $11,053.00 each per year. I am 54, total of $596,842.00 $596,842.00 times 760,000 equals $453,600,000,000.00 If I spell it right thats 453 trillion dollars. The entire Texas outstanding debt is about $22,000,000,000.00 Apparently I am good at FUZZY MATH. Applying the standards found here (wld) to a single state program, Texas ranks higher than all scams combined. |
