They will capriously vent their spleen on others because the sound of their own voice is intoxicating. Then they raise themselves to the Oracle speaking for all free minded people offering truth and enlightenment.

This is what happened in Germany. And is demonstrated in today's world as adolescents swing newborns by the ankles bashing them into walls until their soft heads split open. They are told for this they are great soldiers and doing God's work.
