PLEASE PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!

My 14 yr old daughter was being 'groomed' ( so the police put it as) by my best friends 42 yr old brother, police were informed and she did a police video and then he was arrested for rape, he was freed on bail, then i had bricks through my car window my daughter had death threats and we recieved a wreath outside my front door all were logged to police but they had no evidence who it was ( although i had known this family over 16 yrs and know what they will do if u get on the wrong side of them) his bail date was up and he was on bail again as police wanted more time.
During this time my daughter became scared for her life the police were not doing much so we moved before his second bail date was up. He was released without charge due to lack of forensic. within days his sister and wife were leaving nasty messages on my website ( which shows their ISP address ) so i had to close my site so it died down a bit but before i did they had found where we moved to and mentioned my road on my site saying they would pay us a visit soon. all of the messages were sent to the arresting officer. that was 3 months ago.In the mean time i start a new website under a new name etc until i reopened my old site.... 2 weeks ago i opened my old site up again and Yesterday his sister leaves me a message using my NEW SITE NAME and saying she cant wait for the little chats to continue.. Now this has totally freaked me out.. how the hell did she find my new website? i have told again the arresting officer who did originally state she wanted to deal with all this because we moved because the police did not protect us and its started up again. i fear my daughter will kill herself if they dont get to her first please THIS MUST BE SOME SORT OF HARASSMENT.. WHAT CAN I DO.. PLEASE SOMEONE THIS HAS GONE ON NEARLY A YEAR I AM A SINGLE MUM AND FEELING REALLY SCARED..

That is harassment and it can be traced.

You may have to be a little firm with the police but if you can show the past messages and the new ones, and the history and circumstances, they should contact her and inform her to cease contact.

You can also file in court to get a restraining order if need be.
