Oil & gas leases - transferring ownership
What forms do I need to transfer oil & gas ownership? I am purchasing all interests my mother has in Texas related to oil & gas. She holds them in a Trust, she is the only beneficiary and is the only trustee. Currently she receives royalty income from some and offers to lease on others.
