Default End run around a treasurer?

I am a newly elected vice president of a local civic organization here. We recently settled in a class action suit against a company that ran their cables across our property. Our treasurer has not been forthcoming in the amount of the settlement citing a non-disclosure agreement he said he had to sign. Now when the treasurer's report was delivered (typed by the treasurer) upon the deposit from the settlement, the probable amount we had heard several months prior was around $30,000 higher than what the treasurer's report stated.
He has provided great service to the organization so we do not want to sound accusatory, but this is just too much to accept blindly. My question is this: Do the president, vice president, secretary and other officers of this incorporated club have legal access to these records? There is no record at the courthouse, as the settlement was out of court, and the only record there is of the easement granted with no financial amounts listed. I suppose the only way to get that information is to query the company that we settled with. I'm hoping someone here may be able to give us more options as to how to do this.
I'm sorry to say, our treasurer is the only one with knowledge of the legalities of financial affairs.

Yes they do have access absolutely. The officers can and must be able to see any past settlement records.
