religious discrimination

A middle school gym teacher has been harassment and discriminating me and members of my church over the last 9 years. I've gotten tired of listening to the various petty bullying stories, and was wondering if there was any legal way to ask/tell her to stop. There are documented cases of this harassment, but little I can do. The school principle and superintendent always side with her and say that she was justified or that I'm making a big deal over nothing. I know how I felt being singled out in front of the rest of the class, and I don't want the rest of my siblings to go through the same thing.
