Confused wanting to marry

what if you have been seperated for 2 yrs and in the middle of a divorce and wanting marry again and your application for your green card was cancelled or denied and don't want to get deported what should I do?

You cannot marry until the divorce is final.

...can you speed up the divorce?

Are there open and contested issues?
