WHO IS RESPONSIBLE?
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FIXING A BROKEN WINDOW FROM A TREE BRANCH FALLING AND BUSTING IT OUT IN MY SONS BEDROOM? MY NEIGHBOR TOOK IT UPON HIMSELF TO HIRE A TREEMAN TO TRIM BRANCHES FROM A TREE ON MY PROPERTY THAT HAD BRANCHES HANGING OVER HIS PROPERTY. THE TREEMAN ACCIDENTLY LET A BRANCH FALL AND BREAK OUT MY SONS WINDOW . TREEMAN SAID HE WAS COMMING BACK TO FIX THE WINDOW BUT HE IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND.

Your neighbor and the tree man are responsible.
You may sue them in small claims if need be. |
