I have been convicted and jailed last year in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for trading Whisky and undergone finger printing (basamat) before I got deported back to the Philippines last March 5.
I would like to return again to Saudi Arabia next month to work again with another sponsor. I am just concerned with the new system which requires all expats to undergo finger printing before applying for their Iqama (residence permit). I am worried that they may see my previous case and will deport me again. I look forward to receiving your quick response. Thanks and more power and God bless the ones who will answer my question. |

That is a distinct possibility and in fact likely.
You could met with the embassy staff and see if you can waive the issue/problem but frankly your odds do not seem great. |
