Paying for a truck I will never own
the boyfriend and I bought a truck two years ago I am on the loan as top and he is 2nd he quit making payments and handed it to me. while trying to tag it in december my county said I could not tag because his name was the only one on the title. explained this to finance company and asked to have my name at least added. no response and do not take public phone calls, is there something that I can do, I can't register the truck which means I can't drive it I am stuck as what to do, please help

You can ask him to sign it over to you or add you. And if he will not do so, then sue him in small claims or other court for any payments you are making.
