Does anyone know if I as a co-owner of a male dog has any rights or should ask the breeder and other co-owner for payment or for a pick of a puppy when the do has been breed with her dog. There was no written contract. My understanding was my dog would be breed once and shown throughout his life. He has now fathered two litters and I have received nothing and everyone has said to me that I should ask for some compensation.

You could also arrange to have him breed again.
The co-owner may agree a solution with you but you do not have an automatic right without some kind of agreement. |
