male. like to wear see-through sheer pants, some i have lot more sheer than
others,if i wear g string/thong under would that be illegal in new york and new jersey. I also have a very special kind of under garment that is worn covers the male genitalia but does not go around like thong, would this be illegal. i wish i could show pic to be sure. As I understand it as long as male genitalia is not exposed, it is not indecent exposure and not lewed. i want to be sure and dont want to break the law. please help. thank you. |

Hmmm, You can ask your local police station to view it and tell you, if you wish.
Frankly given what the nude cowboy wears in New York City i think you have a lot of leeway there. |
