Hi there,
I have recently bought into a phone card business, Telecard Canada Limited. IN the contract I signed I was told that there could be no refunds of the $15k + that I invested in the company after 10 days from the date the contract was signed. The contract also says that the seller has 90 days to provide all of the materials, including display, retail locations and the phone cards themselves. 90 days are up on April 31. I was wondering what I should do once I don't get my displays? I have recieved the phone cards, but nothing else. If the displays arrive after the 90 days, should I accept them? I live in Nova Scotia and the office is located in British Columbia, so if I got a lawyer involved, would I end up travelling to BC with the Lawyer and covering all the expenses? Any advice you could give would be great. Thanks Matt |

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to their behavior...
