Kicked out of High School
I was recently kicked out of High school because a kid lied to the school and told them I threatened him with a knife. HE also has witnesses that werent even around. My school will not allow me to complete the rest of my school year but I am still getting my diploma. I am on something called an IEP for kids who struggle in certain subjects. It is a federal program. I have been told that I can not be kicked out of school because of that IEP. The school has also banned me from going to graduation. I tried to talk to the superintendent but I was refused to do so. What can I do about this.

Your folks could ask a lawyer to intervene or even file a suit. The school would have to prove its case.
They could try talking to the school board members as well firstly. |
