civil engineering and construction contracts
why the rate of Dollar is fixed in contrcts? whether the foreign exchange be paid on fixed rate or at the prevalent rate i.e. the time of payment? PLEASE TELL ME THE REASONS IN DETAIL. I WILL BE GRATEFUL
