Default Can a probation officer "turn you in?"

Our son (age 19) is on probation. We are now fighting a family crisis, he is addicted to oxycotin? We want to get him help but how do you do that with the risk of his PO finding out and sending him to jail? I am at a loss, please help. Do you need any additional info to answer this?
