Default Is cash gifting through the Overnight Cash System legal?

Is cash gifting through The Overnight Cash System or Elite Cash Gifting legal? There does not appear to be any sort of pyramid or anything. You gift cash in the mail to someone along with a signed non-solicitation form and a signed gifting statement that you are gifting X.. amount of money and don't expect anything in return. It is a gift no strings attached.. The other thing is can you accept gifts under an alias name for instance your maiden name?

Gifting is illegal, plain and simple.

It's the ultimate ponzi scheme.

You may make money, but, you will set off a daisy chain of losses that will increase in proportion to the amount of money you make.

In essence, your gains are other people's losses.

Is that how you want to earn money online?

By the way, world law has over a dozen cases on file of people charged for felonies related to this kind of gifting. Email them to discuss if you need more info.

AVOID the "gifting" schemes!

As a former Fed and considered one of America's top home based business experts (my 2 partners and I have generated over $2 billion in sales in our previous 3 companies and top leaders with our current company) I can state unequivocally that cash gifting programs are highly ILLEGAL, both in the U.S. and internationally...

Just ask one of my associates in our consulting business (he's a prominent former Attorney General who used to shut down these programs all the time!)

I am absolutely amazed that in this day and age that people would join a cash gifting deal! (Have they been living under a rock for several decades?)

The FTC alone in the past several years has shut down over 200 cash gifting deals...anytime where the only thing exchanged is money and there is an expectation of something in return (a quid pro quo), you have an ILLEGAL program! (Obviously no one is going to send money to strangers unless they think they're going to be receiving money from others for participating!)

Do you ever read newspapers? There's plenty of stories you can read online about people being prosecuted, fined, and jailed for being involved in cash gifting programs, money clubs, etc.. Watch TV much? 60 Minutes has done stories on the illegality of these types of "deals." The FTC has warnings on their site as do most state Attorney Generals...

It's humerous to see the proponents of gifting deals misinterpret, misapply, and misconstrue IRS tax codes in order to swindle people...to make matters worse, failing to report money received on your tax return really puts you in hot water with the IRS..

Ever notice that don't tell you to send cash via the U.S. postal service? That's because they know that cash gifting is ILLEGAL and using the postal service in the commission of a crime would subject you to even bigger legal problems..

In some states, it is a misdemeanor and others a low grade felony when prosecuted and convicted!

Hope this helps you out in your decision making process! LMAO...

Hey,

Thanks for sharing your posts guys. I feel in order to choose the best cash gifting club one must look for one that is not too big. The smaller the community the easier it is to make money as the community grows. Many of the cash gifting groups you see on the internet will offer you great marketing incentives to join. By finding a group that can do most of the marketing you will be able to relax and collect your money.

gifting is not in itself a scam or a con or in any way illegal.

just be aware of the legalities in your country and what your local tax authority expect of you.

for example, in the us, visit the irs website.
if gifting was illegal in the US, would they actually go ahead and give you a minimum allowance under which gifting receipts are tax free..
..and would they then also tax you on gifting reciepts above that same limit?

well i suppose they might, considering paying the irs any income tax is actually against the US constitution and illegal in itself, but judges almost always find against the constitution and for the irs..

so why should breaking a law outlawing gifting by collecting taxes on gifting receipts be any different?

not that i have ever been able to find any reference to any such law making gifting illegal in the US. (or the UK).

and i challenge anyone else to find either.
ask your local tax office.

anyone who someone says has been prosecuted for gifting has not actually been prosecuted for gifting. they have either been prosecuted for tax avoidance for failing to report receipts and pay due taxes on those receipts in accordance with the law or for running a ponzi/pyramid scheme.

the confusion arises in the pea brained mindset of dumbass retards that these people were prosecuted for gifting because a) gifting was the source of the funds and b) the idiots didn't bother to get the full story.

and probably c) they put money into a gifting scheme and lost it because they could not attract anyone into the scheme so they themselves would get any gifts -or it was an illegal ponzi/pyramid and not a legit gifting operation in the first place.

Exclamation re: Is cash gifting through the Overnight Cash System legal?

Cash gifting is not a scam or a ponzi scheme, and whomever says so, needs to check the facts before spreading half-truths, and not the whole truth. When cash gifting first started it's big swing upwards was several years ago, and frankly, yes, those first cash gifting operations wer3e illegally structured, which made them bad news, those have all been shut down. Cash gifting in todays world, is perfectly legit.

Those who choose to bash cash gifting, I simply just tell the truth and leave it up to the in dividual to decide. To bash gifting out of ignorance is a shame, but when people don't understand something, and don't take the time to understand something, then it happens quite regularly.

Yes, many individuals have been hurt in cash gifting, but those individuals, didn't fully understand the concept of cash gifting and it's power, and those individuals probably got involved with an inviter, rather than a sponsor. An inviter is out for the fast buck. A sponsor is someone who will take the time to develop the individual and train them properly, so that person will succeed in the gifting arena. If the individual getting involved only wants to do this for the fast buck and get out, forget it. Now, if you want to learn and do thism over the long haul and treat cash gifting as a business, and pour your heart and soul into it, then the rewards will start coming.

I learned the hard way and now I know what it takes to succeed in gifting. Yes, the first happy truck was a keeper, but really the first person who called me on the phone and told me thank you for turning me on to cash gifting and thanks for teaching it to me properly, that made it all worth while!

Cash gifting can save a ton of people from the poor house, if they would have an open mind when approached about this opportunity, but that's up to them. Just make surer you get involved with a sponsor who is ready to help you siucceed, and will train you in all aspects of gifting, the right way!
