car theft
our car was stolen from delhi(india) in feb 2007 and recovered a week later. we got car back and case is pending on car jackers. we have migrated to a new place and now wish to sell our car as we cant carry it with us. pls suggest as can we sell it now.

Clear it with the police firstly but it would appear it is no longer needed for evidence.
