Exclamation Jurisdiction and Liability Dominican Republic v. USA

I was injured at a resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. I am now
permanately disabled with Brain damage and other injuries. I beleive that
the company that owns/operates the resort has a headquarters in newtown,PA.
Everyone I speak to is unclear about jurisdiction. My issue is currently in
district court in Delaware county, PA. waiting to be assigned to a judge (i
think) Should my issue be in federal court and if so, How do I go about
transferring, etc. Please help.
The laws and rules are very cloudy to me, regarding jurisdiction and liability of my issue. But It really seems to me that a higher US federal court should be judging and deciding my case. Since the accident happened to me, a US citizen, in a foreign land, but the property (resort) is owned by someone else. Secrets Excellence/AM resorts/Coryn Group. It feels like these people have layered themselves with protection. Hiding behind different companies who "sell" or "book" rooms/vacations, etc. for them. Of course No one wants to be liable. They are content to sit back in the shadows and let the US government (Social Security Disibility) funds pay for these people. It is not fair!!! I and many others have been injured by their negligence and they have not (as of yet) been flushed out to step up and take some responsibility.
It IS/has been extremely difficult for me to get to the bottom of this issue.

PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN.

IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING, PLEASE HELP. I'M AT MY WITS END.

Thank you so much.

Default Re: Jurisdiction and Liability Dominican Republic v. USA

You would normally need a lawyer there where it happened unless perhaps it is say a large US company that did business with you here in part as well.
