I am privy to a situation that happened at a rather large fast food chain recently. A maggot (im not an insect specialist) or what appeared to be a maggot or some kind of small worm was discovered in a meal item being eaten by small child with her mother at lunch.
A picture was taken with a cellphone and several witnesses saw the food item with the small worm on it. The person in charge at the resturant made the mother of the child feel like she was the one who had done something wrong, the person in charge of the resturant was very uncooperative in dealing the mother. I need advice on the best way to handle this situation, thank you in advance for you help. badfrog |
