Consequenses or will be no problem
If my girl is 17 and wants to leave with me is it considered kidnap and
if i go to mexico and then come back when she is 18 will i be arrested have any charges? Thanks for the help |

If her parents object then you need to wait until she is 18, as a legal matter.
Or you could possibly seek to get married in some jurisdictions. |
