The front desk staff at a fine hotel chain left an accidental message on my hotel room answering machine criticizing myself and my child. This was so upsetting to me I became physically ill delaying my travels.

That may be difficult to collect on.
They are allowed to vent even if it was unprofessional and even if it was disturbing--it is usually not illegal. |
