horse crisis

last tuesday a woman gave me her horse she said she couldnt care for 2 horses anymore. anywasy she asked me if i knew a place she could board her horse until she could find a place to keep the mare up north i said yes that is where i am putting my horse... so a little further back i have worked for this lady for 6 months and have not been paid since january not alot of money but about 200 a month min... so i said ok look in exchange for any monies owed to me please pay the horses you have me board and 2 weeks of food a total of 200$ plus on top of that i will feed the horse 2x a day and clean the stall she said ok and we will have a clean slate...so now she is saying i misunderstood because me mom told her i could not afford another horse and it is hers still can anyone help me out please
