In the legal definition of revocation the word "GIFT" appears.
Can a gift legally be revoked once it has met the criteria of being a gift? If a person gives another a physical gift then gets angry and takes said gift away without the donees permission is that THEIFT? If a person gives a monitary gift then later demands payment is that Legal? Thank YOU!! ![]() |

Once it is a gift it cannot be taken back, legally.
