Incompetent DSS
What rights does a person have when DSS has royally screwed up a very complex case, even to the point of blatantly lying? We can't get anywhere with the local DSS and can't get a return call from DHHS in our state. We are exhausted, frustrated, and have been caused so much emotional distress. We have spoke up and complained and now feel we may be the target of retaliation on their part. Where do we turn?
