what will the outcome B?
We had a foster child that we thought we were going to adopt, due to circumstances she was moved to another placement. While she was still with us I opened a credit card account for her in her name thinking she would be with us 4 ever. It became a bad debt which caused her to not be able to open a bank account and the new foster mom is threatening to take it to the Attorney General. I have since settled the account. What could be the outcome with DCS and what should be my next step? Again, the account is settled.

If you settled it the issue should be over--but not sure why you opened it in her name...
