EEK! Discrimination, harrasment, abuse and injury in the US Navy

am a 35 yo hispanic male with an MD degree.
I was injured while doing excessive and severely strenous manual work at The US Navy--more like a punishment. I torn my back. This happened while I was deployed in Kuwait. I am a reservist, and a resident doctor in my civilian life. There was a pattern of harrasment and abuse that was allowed to go on unchecked by a senior enlisted member (master chief Tuten, an older southerner caucasian male, who many describe hiim as the shark, or the biggest bully or the biggest red-neck you have seen) to the point it got out of control. I have numerous medical reports that exposed this case--a case of bigotry and abuse at its best. I ended up in the Emergency Room in more than one occasion. The last time I nearly lost my life after losing counsciousness as a result of strangulation. There is a police report about it. What happened is that some of the junior petty officers had seen how this senior master chief (Tuten) had allowed the other members to cause me so much damage in the recent past and had done nothing about it. So, they felt they could do anything to me and get away with it. However, this last time, I made sure that the base "central investigator division"--an outside police force got involved in this case of assault against me, where I nearly lost my life.
Moreover, the pusnishment that I was given by Master Chief (MC) Tuten clearly violates the policies for "Extra duty" as are stipulated by the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). I believe MC Tuten is now under investigation. After nearly losing my life, and haivng a broken back, the traum I have been forced to endure is beyond comprehension. I believe I should be entittled to some compensation for such severe damages done to me.
Please refer me to the right attorney who would be willing to counsel me in this matter. I am serving as an enlisted b/c I am still waiting for my citizenship--which should kick in any day now.
