Petition maybe? or Motion?
Hello all, I was wondering if anyone knows what it is that need be filed in order to aquire hearing an audio of a hearing as the court reporter does not want me to hear what was said or have a copy. But I need it to prove I did not make a plea to the charge I've been convicted of. I was given a fake transcript, its a cover up, because of judges mistake & failure to be corrected by state attorney or public defender!
