car loan
My bank keeps calling my parents house with out calling me first if my car payment is late. I have told them numerous times that I do not live there and i have given them 2 numbers where that i can be reached at but they continue to call my parents. Do they have any right to do this? The loan is only in my name. My parents have nothing to do with it, they didn't co sign for me. I'm in Illinois.
