Is it legal to sell this in the US?
Hi everyone, I've seen some electronic music/video players called MP4, that now have a Touch Screen, but the design is very similar like the Apple iPod Touch. It's identical, and the people who I've seen that sell them in the US, dont advertise them as iPods, they call them MP4, but the design is very similar.
My question is this, is it legal to sell them in the US? I have worked many years with china Suppliers for other type of merchendize, but they offered me this products, so I started researching if people in the US were selling it, but, my concern is, if I decide to sell this products, would I be comiting a crime? You would risk an action by apple in my opinion...if the devices are that similar.
