Repeat Offender
Can you be called a repeat offender if the two crimes committed are
extremely different in nature, such as auto-theft being the 1st and murder the 2nd? One being in one state and the other in another state? |

Yes you certainly can in many situations.
But that also depends on the context and if for punishment purposes under a statute it may be that the offenses do not apply as two. |

lets say that auto theft was a parked car and not by force in one state and the murder was in a house with drugs involved in another state, would this be a repeat offense?

...any previous court proceedings are public unless sealed bythe court.
