The owner of the park where I have my home placed has decided that we all must remove the vinyl skirting (most homes have excellent vinyl skirting) and replace it with hardiplank. This will cost us each about $3,200 which few of us can afford. We have been given two months to get it done and we are asked to have it installed by a company she endorses. Any kickback there, folk? We realize that we will be kicked out if we don not comply. Is there any recourse - taking her to district court will be very expensive.

Recently two younger children were place in fathers care from ICWA OCS. Husband has been in law enforcement for 20+ years. Throughout last 6 years we have been fighting and caused me to drink. Throughout times, cops and ocs has been called when he has done something wrong, all I get is that they don't know who the instigator is or OCS replying that he didn't do anything wrong. OCS separated us and gave custody to my husband, even hes done wrong. Now I'm living on my own, paying rent while husband is seeking child support to help provide for family, which I can't afford now. Does OCS have the right to do this? And what makes me mad, is that the place I"m temporarily living in inbetween transitioning, has bed bugs. I see the favoritism with husband considering his past jobs. I am enrolled in a Tribe, but my two kids in custody are not. I need help because am I dealing with husbands 20+ years in law enforcement, former OCS worker and knows a lot of the people there.
