You need to see a lawyer right away since your job is in peril. The fact it has become common knowledge at the workplace that you are being slandered should be in your favor.

An attorney whose area of practice is worker's rights and wrongful discharge would be your best bet. A consultation should not cost you anything for personal injury attorneys work on percentage of recovery.

A lawyer also will help put a stop to the harassment and slander at work before it results in your dismissal.

I was recently demoted at a job I was at for two years by new management which I believe is due to a co-worker bad mouthing me behind my back. This co worker not only tried to get me fired once before (which is well documented) I've also been pulled to the side by numerous Managers (Human Resources Manager, Head Chef, Floor Manager) warning me that I should, quote "watch my back" around this co-worker because she was constantly trying to get me fired. The day before my demotion, this co worker admitted to me in front of two other employees that she was indeed trying to get me fired. Is this considered workplace harassment? Do I have grounds to sue the Employer as well as the employee?

And what if I take the drug test and come up positive
Will the judge in municipal court charge me in federal court for the suspended sentence I have

What if after I take the drug test and come up positive
    And don't appear in court
I know there will be a warrant but will they come to my house to arrest me
Will they get a search warrant and be able to come inside and look for me

Correct. Unless you were ordered to serve more than 3 years, say 5, and got 3 years suspended, credit for time served.

And if I've been suspended for 3 years that would mean the original punishment would be 3 years

Yes, a suspended sentence is just what it says -- one has gotten a sentence, but imposition of it has been suspended -- usually with conditions -- that one new screw up again within a prescribed period of time. And what it will take to screw up in the court's eyes to get them to revoke the suspension and mete out the original punishment.

    Okay I do appreciate that.
But suspended sentence means that I got my sentence but its just been suspended correct?

The question was posted as being your personal situation. I do not answer hypothetical questions nor when someone switches facts, which I am sure you will appreciate.
