My lawyer said they don't drug test there
And when I asked someone from the municipal court if they drug test he said they don't drug test at the municipal court

HELLO AFFA I HAVE A PROBLEM ,I HAVE A N UNPAID LOAD AND CREDIT CARD WITH A LOCAL BANK IN DUBAI , I WAS DISMISSED FORM MY JOB 4 YEARS AGO AND TILL DATE THE BANK DIDNOT MAKE A PROPER SETTLEMENT KNOWING THAT I TRIED NEGOTIATING AND HAVE INFORMED THEM OF MY FINANCIAL STATUS - JOBLESS IN LEBANON - I WANT TO KNOW IF THEY CAN ARREST ME IN LEBANON OR RAISE A COURT ORDER AGAINST ME - MY LOAN WAS TAKEN ON MY BRITISH PASSPORT AND WORRIED I MIGHT LOOSE MY NATIONALITY DUE TO THIS AS WELL - I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO SAVE A PENNY SINCE 4 YEARS TILL DATE AND STILL I GET THREATS FROM THEM TO PAY OR A WILL A CASE WILL BE FILED AGAINST ME. WHAT CAN I DO !???

I have a Credit Card with small balance of 7000. I pay the amaount on time. I need to leave UAE for good to work in KSA. Can I leave without clising my account. I will use it in KSA as there is a branch of NBD. Will they stop me at the airport ? I will continue paying on time. Will this affect my status for clearence in other country ?

I dinged your reply to the Syrian student who asked about applying for refugee status in the UK because it was TOTALLY incorrect and your reply, if he followed your advice, if in real danger could get him killed!

If you are going to reply to people who could be in a life or death situation, who truly need asylum, I strongly suggest you read up on the Geneva Convention and learn something about political refugees -- how and where they can apply -- the countries that are signatories -- and the stats on applications they get --and refuse, first -- before you give advice that could get someone killed by being deported back to their native country.

One more question - since we got married in Bulgaria, my wife won green card from the lottery and we came together with green cards in USA, After we divorce - either in Bulgaria or USA, can the divorce endanger my green card since she is the main green card holder?
we have green cards from 2.5 years, there are another 2.5 years to reach the 5 years after what we can apply for US passport,

Can we get divorced back in Bulgaria and will this be recognized in USA ?

I bought 2 apartment condos in USA - can she have any legal right on them - if we divorce in Bulgaria and are not yet US citizens ?
