My spouse has been finding it difficult to cope for some time. Recent move added to difficulties. Thru HMO we found a psychologist. They fell in love with each other. Have been seeing each other at office for not consulting, done trips, exchange gifts, etc. (no sex though). I have solid proof of above-mentioned. Can I take the psyc to court for behavior?

Absolutely. And you can have the Board sanction his license. As a general rule, that is strictly forbidden. You may also contact WLD privately on their home page if you need to further discuss.
