Dr did not advice on option of anasthesia, went through torture

The worst experience of my life. I live in Geneva, Switzerland.
I arrived at the doctors about 10 min late because i had to deal with a lost bank card and the dr screamed and shouted. He then told my family members, rudely and still shouting, 'we're going to look for cancer!' Go have a coffee then come back.

I told him i heard this morning for the first time that people do have the choice of a General anasthesia, and he said no, too late, sign here! we're going in NOW.

I think he might have started the procedure with no or a minimum of sedative. Maybe in anger, i dont know what his problem is. No words can describe the torture. Pain, anguish, torture! he later gave abit more of the mild sedative but it really didnt help much.
When my son wanted to ask him a qst, he held up his hand and said NO, no questions!
Is there at least a place i can report him, if there is no case? Mental anguish because the events keep replaying and to remember what he put me through...

Write a complaint to the medical licensing boards--they will investigate.
