Default Medical Records question....

What happens when you see a LIE from a doctor to try to keep from having a medical malpractice suit? The only one that was present at the time with the doctor was me and my husband. How can I prove it is a lie and what can I do about it.

What if most of your medical records are hand written and you can't read the handwriting? ........ Can you ask the hospital for typed versions of the handwritting that is not readable?.......any suggestions for this?

I would appreciate any help.

Default Re: Medical Records question....

It is certainly possible you have a case based on what you say here; you should take a brief description of these events as well as your medical records to an injury attorney and see if the attorney thinks you have a claim; often you need to contact several attorneys to find one to take the case; the review of your case and records is often free and then they will normally take the case on a contingency fee basis if they think you can win; you would pay only if they collect for you...
