Medical Malpractice Class Actions
Are there such a thing as Medical Malpractice Class Action Lawsuits against a hospital?
If so, how many people would have to file? How would you find these people? I think on one certain floor in a hospital ..( just from rumers)...I am not the only patient that feels the hospital done them wrong..but, I do not have names. |

Over medicated and whelping when the medication goes in the IV.
I was really scared one day when it happened to me and one of the nurses told me that it happened to alot of people on that floor. She said she thougth it was the type of medication they use. ( I don't know what the means). I was hurting and scared and didn't ask many questions. I was so overmedicated I did not get her name. I really wish I would have. |

You may want to report this to the state attorney general and the medical licensing boards as a first step!

Also, how many people does it take for a class action suit? |
