Default If a hospital asked you to write a ..more

letter explaining your complaint to the Insurance and Claims Managment Department...does that mean they are going to offer you a settlement?...or do they ask everyone to do this that has a complaint?

If it is to offer a settlement...how long does the Insurance and Claims department have to make the offer?

How long after that do they have to make a payment in the full amount to you?

No that does not mean that. But they apparently do not understand the complaint fully?
