Question statute of limitations on medical malpractice?

My mother died 15 years ago after being prescribed a blood thinner and then suffering a major bleed in her head. Is it too late for a lawsuit?

Default Re: statute of limitations on medical malpractice?

Normally it would be yes unless you possibly just discovered some key element of the injury etc.. But take your facts to injury lawyers and have them quickly review if you would like.
