Claims against American Laser Center

I'm also interested............hopefully we can our money back. Can't say the same about the pain this is causing me.

i tried to get my money back from them today in person. i don't have the time to deal with them and will definitely NOT let them near me with a laser again. I would like to join in on a class action lawsuit. if someone knows something, please let me know. dinasheyn@gmail.com

if anyone is still pursuing this, opening a twitter account and using hash tags (#) with American Laser Center to tweet complaints is one advice i got. i will be trying this, you should too. strength is in numbers on this one.

I am also planning to either take them to small claims court or join a class action suit against them. I have paid 5000 dollars and did not get any results and my body was burnt due to incorrect laser treatment. I believe I deserve my money back. I'm sure you feel the same. American Laser has shut down offices in Naples,FL and Bonita Springs, FL and forceing people to drive 180 miles to Tampa. This is ILLEGAL and they will not refund anyone money.
