dirty needle
my wife was injected with the same needle used on another patient - containing radioactive isotopes, as well as his blood. His was a direct injection. They stopped her procedure, consulted us, and then proceeded with her procedure. They had the health administrative nurse take blood from both my wife and the other patient, but as of yet, we have not been notified of the results. What is her recourse here?

They should pay for testing for at least several years. They can be sued for damages if any problem develops.

Thank you - that is very helpful. We are requesting the results in writing, as well as an incident report, for any future tests or problems that may arise. We plan to pursue future testing with them, at their expense. Thanks again
