Failed Dianosis

My husband was coughing severely and chronically and finally was able to go to a doctor regarding his issue. The doctor [he went to] didn’t take an X-ray to see what was going on with him and misdiagnosed him with sever congestion. On top of that the doctor gave him slightly incorrect medication called Doxycycline. Three days passed and my husband was getting worse, instead of phlegm coming up he was vomiting clear liquid and was coughing non-stop.

So I decided to check up on the medication he was given and found it was for STD’s, bacterial issues, taking care of pimples, rosacea, etc. I told my husband we needed a second opinion and went to an Urgent care facility. The doctor at this facility X-rayed my husband and checked his breathing and so on. Not only did the doctor diagnose my husband with bronchitis but he also told my husband he had an ear infection in both ears.

I would like to know if I have a case with the first facility he went to. Thanks!
